- Thomas Hawk's Digital Connection: Photographing Architecture is Not a Crime, Thomas Hawk vs. Building Security Episode 118 – I was visiting a public hospital today and as I was waiting around a bit I got my camera out and started shooting. Shortly afterwards a security guard came along and asked me (nicely) to stop shooting. He said I needed a permit. It's a public hospital, is it public property? Do I need a permit? I stopped and went back to the car because it was raining anyway, and he did ask nicely. I do wonder. (Via)
